One of the goals of the Career Path Program (CPP) is to build customised employment opportunities for neurodiverse individuals. Through their three year programme at Gateway, learners capitalize on their skills and interests to become active and contributing members of the community. In the first two years, this is achieved through predominant focus on practicing life skills such as money transactions and management, travel, time management, personal care and self advocacy through weekly community visits; and build on their job skills through internships in various industries and occupations. The programme culminates in a customised job in inclusive settings.
